Attending Symposium

Some walking on campus is needed between venues, please check the weather forecast before coming and bring an umbrella if needed. You can find the campus map here
Parking Directions
Sept 30th (Tuesday)
- Park in the student union visitor’s deck
- Workshops will be in the Student Activities Center
- Morning traffic congestion is common at UNC Charlotte, please plan to arrive on campus before 8:40am. Registration opens at 8:00am
Oct 1 (Wednesday):
- We have a sold out event, to avoid congestion, please plan to arrive between 7:15-7:45am, continental breakfast will be served.
- Park in CRI Deck and take a complimentary shuttle which will operate throughout the day.
- (If you are a vendor or speaker, please follow vendor parking directions you received through another email.)
- Registration is outside of the McKnight auditorium in Cone Center and begins at 7:30am.
