Patrick Hymas

Patrick Hymas is a member of the Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Data team in the Legal Department at Wells Fargo, providing legal support to the Chief Information Security Officer function and the overall enterprise cybersecurity team. Patrick has been a member of the Wells Fargo Legal Department for nine years and was part of the first formation of a cybersecurity legal team at the company. He advises on incident response, development of playbooks and procedures, contract negotiation, risk governance, compliance processes, and company comment on proposed laws and regulations. Before working at Wells Fargo, Patrick was Counsel in the Legal Department at Bank of America, supporting internal investigation matters involving enterprise technology. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law.
