Elissa McKinley

Elissa McKinley is an accomplished cybersecurity technology leader specializing in governance, risk &
compliance and eDiscovery. She excels in developing and implementing enterprise-wide programs and
processes, as well as championing proactive security practices & approaches. She has a varied
background, beginning her career in the background screening industry and transitioning over to
healthcare. She has over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, 7 of which are in healthcare. In
addition, she is currently serving as ISACA Milwaukee Chapter’s outgoing President. She is currently
employed by one of the largest non-profit health systems in the country and is the eGRC & eDiscovery
Associate Vice President within Cybersecurity. She has spoken at several ISACA events and conferences, HIMSS, panelist events in the past on cybersecurity topics. Elissa is dedicated to maximizing big-picture thinking, automation, and visionary strategies to implement long-term solutions and mitigate risks.
