Kathie Schaumburg

Kathie leads the data architecture function within the Bank of America cybersecurity technology
domain. Kathie’s career is rooted in the banking industry, serving in various roles spanning across data
management, development data science and analytics, data architecture, and model risk management
with Union Commerce Bank, US Bank, USAA, PNC Bank, and Regions Bank. Throughout her career,
Kathie has been actively involved in machine learning model development. At Bank of America, Kathie
has been given the opportunity to delve deeper into the world of cybersecurity with a focus on creating
and enhancing efficiencies to safeguard the data landscape against evolving threats.
 
Kathie holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Carlow College and University
of Phoenix Pittsburgh Campus. She holds multiple distinct subject matter machine learning patents.
