Michael Piacente

Michael Piacente is the Managing Partner and Cofounder of Hitch Partners, a retained executive search firm focused in the security leadership community.  Michael and his team have made significant investments in the community with an aim to advocate for both clients and candidates.  Michael and his team have completed more than 100 CISO and other security executive searches as well as search engagements within Information Technology, Business Technology, Cloud Infrastructure, Infrastructure Engineering and Product.  In addition to their search work Michael provides advisory and mentorship to security executives on hiring/interview training, personal branding, and board level communication.  Prior to his executive recruiting career Michael was an IT practitioner in the enterprise storage, data center, and infrastructure operations spaces.  Originally from the East Coast, Michael is now based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
