With over 17 years of experience in information security, Rashmita Das is the
Principal Cybersecurity Architect at MetLife, where she designs and implements
Next Gen Cyber solutions that enhance the security posture and resilience of the
organization, while reducing the risk presented to the organization.

She played a pivotal role in defining and establishing the Responsible use of AI
framework, policy and standard in Metlife.

She has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and has completed
her Executive MBA with a major in Strategic Leadership and Entrepreneurship from
Kenan-Flagler, UNC-Chapel Hill
