Bio: Mr. Sheinis is a graduate of the Duke University School of Law. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US), a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), and is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He has worked with companies to investigate and respond to several hundred data breaches, the largest involving over 20 million affected individuals. Mr. Sheinis advises on regulatory compliance including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, COPPA, PCI DSS, cross-border data transfer, and other U.S. and global privacy laws. He is well-versed in technology matters, and regularly works on technology issues related to:
